Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to send you a shirt and answer your email, and nothing else. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email, and shipping address. This is collected by Stripe during checkout and passed to us so we can fulfil the order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers and we never see them.
- Your email, if you sign up for the dispatch list or send us a message.
- Your cart, stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out.
What we do with it
We use your address to ship your order, your email to send order updates and — only if you asked for it — the dispatch list. That is the entire list of uses.
Who else touches it
- Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
- Our print and fulfilment partner — receives your name and shipping address so a box can reach you.
- Our email provider — if you subscribed, they hold your address to deliver the newsletter.
- Our host — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
That is the whole list. Nobody else gets your information, and we do not sell it.
Tracking
We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting. If we ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookie-free setup, and this page will say so before it goes live.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe and it works immediately. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — emailhello@cajunrocket.co and we will do it. We may need to keep order records for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request; that is the only exception.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say what changed rather than quietly swapping the text.
